Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of AI Store Brain and any other software, licenses, updates and support (together, the "Products") sold by AIO AI Plugins ("we", "us") through aioaiplugins.com (the "Site"). By purchasing or using the Products you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. The Products

AI Store Brain is a WordPress plugin that adds an AI-powered shopping assistant to WooCommerce stores. It requires a WordPress site with WooCommerce and an API key from OpenAI that you obtain and pay for yourself. We do not provide, resell or mark up OpenAI services.

3. License

The plugin's code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL). Your purchase buys a license key that entitles the number of websites stated in your plan to: (a) activate the plugin, (b) receive software updates, and (c) receive email support, for a period of one (1) year from purchase ("License Term"). Staging and local development copies of a licensed site do not count as additional sites.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted to you by the GPL. The license key, our trademarks, the Site content and our support services are not covered by the GPL.

4. Pricing, payment and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your location. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as merchant of record where indicated at checkout; their terms also apply to the transaction. We do not store your card details.

5. Renewal and cancellation

Licenses renew yearly at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. We send reminders 30, 7 and 1 day(s) before renewal. You may cancel renewal at any time from your account or by emailing us. On expiry without renewal: updates and support stop, and after a grace period the assistant features are paused until the license is renewed. You may keep using the installed version subject to the GPL.

7. Your responsibilities

• Keep your license key and OpenAI key confidential.
• Comply with OpenAI's usage policies and all laws applicable to your store, including consumer, privacy and advertising laws.
• Review AI-generated answers periodically; you are responsible for the information your store presents to customers.
• Maintain backups of your website.

8. Third-party services

The Products interoperate with third-party services (OpenAI, Klaviyo, WooCommerce, your hosting provider). We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, output or changes. AI systems can produce inaccurate output; the plugin is designed to fetch store data live, but you remain responsible for verifying content.

9. Support and updates

Support is provided by email during the License Term on a reasonable-effort basis, typically within one business day (Monday–Friday, India time). Updates are provided when available; we do not guarantee specific features or release dates.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the Products for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, to harvest personal data without consent, or to resell our license keys or support. We may suspend license keys involved in abuse or fraud.

11. Intellectual property

"AI Store Brain", "AIO AI Plugins" and our logos are our trademarks. WordPress, WooCommerce, OpenAI and Klaviyo are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with them.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or any particular sales or conversion outcome.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be notified by email or on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
