Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

You may request a full refund of a new license purchase within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date, for any reason. This applies to first-time purchases of each plan.

2. Renewals

Yearly renewals are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge and the license has not been used to download an update in that period. We send renewal reminder emails 30, 7 and 1 day(s) before each renewal so you can cancel in advance.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@aioaiplugins.com from the address used at purchase with your order number or license key. We process approved refunds within 5 business days; the funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. After a refund

Your license key is deactivated and the plugin will stop receiving updates and support. Because the plugin is licensed under the GPL, you may keep the code, but continued use without an active license is unsupported.

5. Third-party costs

Fees charged by OpenAI, Klaviyo or any other third party for your own account usage are outside our control and are not refundable by us.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or violations of our Terms of Service.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve refund requests quickly and a chargeback delays the process for everyone.
