Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AIO AI Plugins ("we") collects and uses personal data when you visit aioaiplugins.com (the "Site"), buy a license, or use AI Store Brain (the "Plugin"). It also explains what the Plugin does with data on your store, which is important because you — not we — control that data.

1. Data we collect on the Site

You buy a license	Name, email, billing country, tax ID (if given), order details. Card details are collected by our payment provider, never by us.	To deliver the license and comply with tax and accounting law (contract, legal obligation).
You activate a license	License key, site URL, plugin/WordPress version, activation time.	To enforce site limits, deliver updates and provide support (contract).
You contact us	Name, email, store URL, message.	To respond to you (legitimate interest / contract).
You browse the Site	Server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited). Analytics if enabled — see cookies below.	Security and improving the Site (legitimate interest).

2. Cookies

The Site uses strictly necessary cookies for checkout and login. If we use analytics, it is configured to anonymise IP addresses and we will ask for consent where required. We do not sell personal data or use advertising cookies.

3. Payment processing

Payments are handled by our payment provider (identified at checkout), which may act as merchant of record. They process your payment data under their own privacy policy. We receive only your name, email, country and order summary.

4. Emails

We send transactional emails (receipts, license keys, renewal reminders, support replies). We send product-update emails only with your consent; every such email contains an unsubscribe link.

5. Sharing and processors

We share data only with providers needed to run the business: payment processing, email delivery, web hosting and, if you consent, email marketing. Each acts under a data-processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

We are based in India; our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

Order and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires (typically 8 years in India). License activation records are kept while the license exists plus 2 years. Support emails are kept for 3 years. Server logs are rotated within 30 days.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act and US state laws) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Email support@aioaiplugins.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

The Site and Plugin are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. How the Plugin handles data on your store

Important: when you install the Plugin on your store, you are the data controller for your customers' data. The Plugin runs entirely on your server. We (AIO AI Plugins) do not receive your customers' conversations, orders, leads or your OpenAI key.

Sent to OpenAI (your account): the customer's chat messages, your configured business text and FAQs, and store data the assistant looks up to answer (product details, coupon codes, and order summaries after verification). Governed by OpenAI's API terms; API data is not used to train OpenAI models by default.
Stored on your server: conversation logs (retention you configure, default 30 days; logging can be disabled), captured leads (name, email) if lead capture is enabled, and a semantic index of your product catalog.
Sent to Klaviyo (your account): lead name and email, only if you enable Klaviyo sync.
Sent to us: license key, site URL and plugin version for activation and update checks. Nothing else.

We recommend disclosing the assistant and these processors in your own store's privacy policy; suggested wording is in our Documentation.

11. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, restrict access to customer data to those who need it, and keep our systems patched. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting you we will notify you as required by law.

12. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email to license holders.
